Internal Garage Conversion for Growing Household
With an expanding household, the owners of this property came to our team at Smith & Sons wanting to convert their internal garage into a studio. The new space includes a master bedroom, en-suite and spacious living room. The two existing garage doors were removed to make way for the new aluminium joinery; a bi-parting slider and a large window for the new bedroom. An external wall was built around the new bedroom window and cladded in weatherboards to match existing. All internal rooms were finished off with a fresh coat of paint.
